Any practical exercise is capped at three hours and paid at the role’s hourly rate. No unpaid work that the company could use.
The process is stated upfront
How many stages, who is in each, how long it takes — before it starts, not discovered along the way.
Feedback on request
A rejection always comes with a reply, and with specifics if you want them.
No non-competes
Confidentiality yes. A clause restricting where you can work afterwards, never.
